Opt-out (Do not Apply)

Increase rents by AB 1482 limit.

NEW LEASES:

Rent to 80%, AMI rents net of Utility Allowance.

PROCESSING APPLICATIONS:

Pre-screening and screening done by site staff.

2 months of declared income documentation required.
